Is An Item In Stock?

Any item that you can order on our site is in stock in our shop. If the red "Add to cart" is replaced with a gray "Contact" button, we are currently out of stock. For more information, click the gray "Contact" button, enter the item number or description you are inquiring about, and we will respond with an estimated time of arrival for that item.

Order Status

We want you to know the status of your order. You can log into your account to check your order status, we will also email you at each step in the process.

Shipping

We ship most of our orders using the United States Postal Service. They are faster than ground shipping and they deliver on Saturday. Heavier orders go FedEx or UPS ground. We work hard to ship all orders within two business days. We will notify you of any delays within one business day. You are welcome to cancel any order that is delayed on our end.
